Refund Policy

Every Cavatus Audio plugin comes with a free demo, so you can try it in your own projects before you buy. If a purchase still doesn't work out for you, we offer a refund under the conditions below.

14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain why, although we're grateful for feedback that helps us improve the plugins.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record. To request a refund, either

• use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• email us at support@cavatus.dev with your order number, and we'll pass the request on to Paddle.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or provider.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded in full, the license is deactivated and the downloads in your account are no longer available. Please uninstall the plugin and delete the license file.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't limit your statutory rights. Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right of withdrawal, which is described in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Terms & EULA.
